Why my books aren't on AMAZON

The answer to this question is that, back in late February and due to no fault of my own, Amazon terminated my author account (KDP, Audible, and Goodreads) and wouldn't tell me any specific reason other than that I "manipulated their service."
Months later, after many appeals, sending them letters from an attorney, and having an author association try to go to bat for me, I am still blocked and still have no idea why.
It has been a devastating blow to my fledgling author career. Not only do I not have access to the largest bookseller in the world (80% of the market share) but they kept two months of my royalties. My first book was selling well before the termination, but now, even though I have published "wide" and my books are available on many other sites, my sales have dropped 90%. I also lost the 40+ reviews for my first book, which for any author is a crushing blow.
Recently, my audiobook for Those Who Trespass, and my second novel, The Trials of Cairstin Blackwood in paperback form have mysteriously appeared on Audible/Amazon. I am grateful for this development and see it as a promising sign that my full lineup may be restored.
I have been made aware of this happening out of the blue to many authors, even authors who have had dozens of books on the platform for years. They try to log in one day and find they can't, and the vast majority are never able to recover their accounts and their books are banned from the platform. Some have lost their livelihoods and are having to start all over from scratch. My heart bleeds for them.
Throughout this ordeal, I have had to completely surrender my writing to the Lord and trust that He has a plan for the stories He has given me. I have decided not to give up, but to do my best with what I can still do, and not let this setback silence my writing.
All versions of my books are on Barnes & Noble at bn.com, the ebooks are also available everywhere else, (not Kindle).
For those who have supported and championed me—readers, reviewers, authors, and friends, my heart swells with humble gratitude for you all. The book world is changing so quickly now, especially with more and more "bots" in control, writing books, controlling platforms and algorithms, it's hard to know how to proceed, but God doesn't need any of it to accomplish what He wants done with the stories He inspires people to write.
I am leaning in, trying to stand as firmly and courageously as one of my heroines. I am excited to see what the Lord is up to and will continue to live out my lifelong dream of being an author of books that give Him glory.
