1. Sponsor: This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Sydney F. Grey and Two Mites Publishing, located in Colorado, USA. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform where it may appear.

2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

3. Entry Period: The giveaway begins on December 9, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. MST and ends on December 23, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. MST (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter: Subscribe to the official Sydney F. Grey Newsletter at www.sydsartsongs.com.Each completed submission counts as one entry. Limit one entry per person.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be chosen randomly from eligible entries within 7days of the Promotion Period’s end. Winner will be notified via the email address used for entry. If no response is received within 72 hours, a new winner will be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or ineligible entries.
